Firmware Versions and update page?

I was recently playing around on my Note and ran across this page by hitting *#2663# and was curious if anyone was able to elaborate on it a little more. I am not sure if it was of any significant or not. Also does anyone know what RMT/Exercise messages are? Thank you and take care
