help, phone doesn't find ota

Hello everyone! First of all, sorry for my poor english. I'm a total noob with phone so probably i won't get half a word you'll say... So, I've recently bought a Htc One M8 on ebay. I've had a few problems with the camera so i had to send it back to Hong Kong. Before I sent it back, i've done a factory reset to erase all of my personal data (yes, I know i doesn't work like this). The first time I've had the phone in my hands I've updated it from 4.4.4 to 5.0.1 but now, as the phone came back, it doesn't find the OTA update, so i'm stuck with the 4.4.4 software. I didn't touch the phone with root or other thing so i don't know what happened. I'm attaching two images which you may need. Many thanks in advance! :)
