How can I disable firewall settings pop-up???

Hi! I have a Samsung i8190N XXALL6 and when I unlock my phone a pop-up appears with firewall service and after 5 seconds it automatically dissapear. Also the Privacy Protection automatically turns on and the phone starts talking even tough TalkBack is dezactivated. Any help?
Sorry for my english.
P.S. I have rooted my phone with iRoot but i don't have SuperSu installed....how can I install it?
