LG Tribute L6556

Hi guys wanted to come here and ask if any of you guys have found a way to factory reset the LG tribute DUO L6556 without the need of entering the phone to disable some protection so that i can reset the phone of my daughter she doesn't know how she got her phone lockup and theres any other way of unlocking unless i got a the previous email, she doesn't remember the email and password of it.
