Need Help remove DRM from XAP for zip unpack??

Like Title... I need Remove DRM from XAP for unpacking with .zip or .rar with Winrar 5.30

I know Open .xap or any file with Notepad and see PRE on header line. This file encrypted by PlayReady DRM.

I Try Phone7MarketPlace 2.0 Alpha B2... not work (Erro: Long time waiting Preparing when Deloying...)
I Try all tool Remove DRM on Google... not working for XAP (all tool Remove DRM only work in Ebook...)
