[Q] Bootloader

I want to update my bootloader via odin, in order to try a ROM that need an updated bootloader. Where I have to put the bootloader .tar file? In some post, people say that they put bootloaders in AP, but I have Odin 3.10 and it has a BL button. So, where i put the bootloader?
