I have rooted our Verizon S4 5.0.1 phones using

I want to upgrade for security patches, etc. I see:

at

Where are links to update ROMs? I do have TWRP & Titanium on our phones. I can't seem to find some explicit links?
Do you suggest using the 5.1.1 ROM above, or waiting a few weeks for a possible Marshmallow ROM for our phones.
