ussd/mmi code prob

There is problem n my lg lte2 f160k when i dial ussd/mmi code of 4words for ex(*6464# or *7808#) then showing call i can,t use ussd/mmi code i can check my balance by dialing *124# or *111# *444# of all network of pakistan
