Add languages on chinese Alpha SM-G8508S

Hi, i'm in France and i have a chinese phone who has only 3 languages (Chinese/Korea and English) installed on it.
I have rooted it and try with MoreLocale2 but no way, i can't add a country or language. I can't flash a Rom because there isn't available for worldwide.
Any ideas ?

Someone with the US UNLOCKED version of A9 can tell me the available languages ?

Especially if the French, Italian and Spanish are available ?

More system languages on 5.1

Hi. I've recently flashed lollipop 5.1 to my phone G800H, and i noticed that there arejust a few languages available,compared to Kitkat.
I installed a few language apps, gave root permissions through adb (i didnt root yet), but it doesnt change my device language.
Im looking for Hebrew or Arabic.

Any help?
