How do I relock the bootloader on the Honor 6?

Hi there,
I have a Honor 6 H60-L04 B371 and I can't re-lock the bootloader.
I have Android 4.4.2 and I want to upgrade to 5.1.1, but the phone was rooted.
So I have unrooted the phone and installed the stock recovery, but I still miss one thing and it's the bootloader, I can't unlock it.
I'm using the Honor 6 Multi-Tool by VirusPlus but the program says "error: no device found".
Why can't the program find my device?
Can someone help me please? I don't know what to do..

What you need to flash and relock bootloader
- Adb, fastboot (google pls!)

Relock bootloader
- Boot into droidboot and run file relock.bat from rar file and enter
- Done !
Flash stock rom
- Put adb, fastboot, system.img, boot, and some more file in a folder
- Boot into droidboot and run 123.bat and enter
- Done !
Note : After flash going to supersu and fully unroot, you can update newer version from now
2nd : touch panel maybe not working if u from cm12.1 rom just update new version to fix its
