Android 6.0 Draw over other apps

When an app asks for permissions in Android 6.0 I have to disable "draw on other apps" before, otherwise it's impossible to press the buttons.
I understand the reason for this, but it's really annoying to have to do that each time and then enable it again after.
Is it possible to disable that security check?
