Auto-Rotate, Motion Launch Gestures not working

hi i just bought HTC e9+ Dual Sim, i ask my friend in Taiwan to buy it.
i'm from indonesia

after upgrade the os i started to use my phone and notice that the motion launch gesture not working also the auto rotate function
i've try to calibrate and still nothing

can anyone help me?
