Unable to mount storage phone working fine

Hey guys as the title says my phone is working fine but whenever I wipe cache or wipe dalvik cache twrp says " E:unable to mount storage" even though it succeeds this has been coming since I installed xposed and now I have Uninstalled it still the msg is there...... how to get rid of it I have read that in some cases it has caused serious issues like bootloops and stuff like..... I haven't even updated my nightly of cm13 because of that do I need to wipe data to fix it or its some issue with other u used

The display has broken down but the device itself is working, how can I utilize it?

On my android device the display has broken down, whereas the device itself is working. Without recovering the display, which I don't know how to do, how can I control and utilize my device? Via ssh? How exactly?
Or what are other ways to utilize it including programming, downloading something from the internet on a regular basic, using it as a web server?

Android Pay is not working as of today on root, systemless or not.

Pay was working for me last night as it had for weeks. When I heard the rumbles, I checked using safteynet helper and it failed. Just to make sure I tried to pay with it and it failed.

Hopefully this is temporary, but it seems Goggle is being pretty aggressive with patching any issues, so it will be "iffy" at best. At least we don't have to answer anymore, "How can I get Pay to work with my ROM" questions.

[Q] LTE not working on kindle fire HD 8.9 (JEMLTE)

I was using my kindle with its stock rom and cellular networks was working without problems .

then i installed cm 12 (after changing the bootloader and installing TWRP recovery) and i didn't see the Mobile Network option
inside my settings .

i checked it back and discovered that it was for wifi only version then i found liquid smooth 3.2 for the lte version, installed it and it was showing no sim indicator .

i didn't take any backups for the system,recovery,boot img files

I returned to stock using the files(system,recovery,boot) uploaded in this guide :

and am back to stock now but the no sim problem still remains .

Help 3G, 4G/LTE Not Working on Cyanogenmod 13

I am using cynogenmod 13 latest build all things working perfectly but I'm unable to change connection type to 3G or LTE if selected 2G I have to go to flight mode and then I can change the connection type to LTE only still can't change it to 3G. When it's selected LTE as default even that time also the data connection work still as 2G sign showing as E even if I select LTE never get the H/H sign on my service provider Vodafone India please help me... and sorry for my bad english.

Headphones partially not working - not a hardware issue

Hey fellas,

so I recently got a used S6 Edge and there was a problem whenever I used headphones. The left earbud works fine but there is hardly any sound coming out of the right one(checked with several headphones, its a phone issue), really just minimal, very very quiet. I naturally figured this was a hardware error so I went to my local phone repair guy and had that part replaced.
Now, unfortunately the problem still isn't solved. With the new replacement it has gotten a little bit better, but the right earbud is still a lot quieter than the left one. So the repair guy said its a software issue.
Do you guys know anything about that?
I'm not rooted and on the official 5.1.1. Just tried factory resetting but that didn't really help. Any suggestions or anything I can look into that might solve this issue, be it rooted or not?

Nothing working for soft bricked tab 2

I am hoping someone can help me because I have run out of ideas. I had Candy5 5.1.1 rom on my Tab2 10.1 and it was working for a while with intermittent reboots. Then it suddenly would reboot after just a few seconds. Nothing I have tried has worked, including:
1) a hard reset-I have tried wiping and resetting from CWM and from the settings but when I reboot it nothing is wiped or reset.
2) installing a new rom- I have tried installing multiple other roms from both the SD card, the internal sd card, and odin. They flash successfully but when I reboot I am right back to Candy5 and the reboot loop after a few seconds.
3) using odin-I have tried using oding to flash stock firmware, custom firmware, and a new recovery. Odin will say FAIL for the stock firmware, but for the others it will say PASS but there is still the same CWM and Candy5.
4) Sideloading- same results as above
5) installing a new recovery from SD card-nope.
6)Using ADB and fastboot-Fastboot will not recognize my device even though I have the correct drivers installed--I have also tried all the USB ports available with no change. ADB won't recognize my device for a wipe, but it will for installing another custom rom or recovery which of course does not work.
7) A few times I have had time before it reboots to try uninstalling apps. It tells me they are uninstalled but when I reboot they are back.
8) Also when it stayed I tried going into superuser settings to reset them but even though it says they are reset nothing happens after reboot.

A couple things to note:
1) it is a p5113 but has a p5110 rom and identifies itself as p5110 in download mode. This however, has not been a problem before.
2) I am running Clockworkmod Recovery v6.0.2.3
3)When I try to exit recovery I get the error message "Root access possibly lost. Fix?" and then the Yes response is "Yes-Fix root (/system/xbin/su). If I choose yes, though, it does nothing and simply reboots. Same if I choose no.
4) gapps are installed and I am certain I installed the correct version of these.

Thank you for any help you can give me. It's an old tablet but I have gotten a lot of great use from it until now!

S View stopped working - Problem and solution

Hi, I had this problem and searched a lot to find the solution, thought it might be useful if I put it here

Solution was very very easy and stupid !

While its shutting down, close the lid of the S View Cover.


In my searches, I found people were having problems with S view covers not working, after a restart or other scenarios
In my own case, it didn't work at first when I bought it, but after a restart it started working ! and then again after another restart stopped and couldn't get it to work. But this method worked for me.

System installed "Themes" is not working properly.

I bought Honor 7 last year in November and then I got an update too (675B170), my device is working perfectly fine.
I recommended honor 7 to my friend, he bought last week and to my surprise, his phone wasn't getting update.
It was stuck on 675B160. One more issue is that his phone's system installed "Themes" app is showing only stock installed themes and not showing options to install/download more themes.
Later, I found local update method on internet to update phone to 675B170, I followed the steps carefully and update was successful, but "Themes" system app remains same as before.

Themes app in my phone is giving 4 options, Featured, Top, Category, Mine and customize.
In my friend's phone, its shows Themes and customize.

Can anyone of you suggest solution for this ?
PS: I am a noob and newbie here. Please forgive mistakes If I have made some.

Volume Keys not working, how to lock bootloader

Bought a 5X off swappa, running great for a couple days, but now the volume keys are not working anywhere, even the bootloader. Anyone encountered this problem or know how to fix? Second, is there a way to re-lock the bootloader without the use of the volume keys? I can run fastboot oem lock and get to the confirmation screen, but the default is "No do not lock" and I am unable to move up to Yes. :crying:

Data and Messaging on MetroPCS not working

Hey guys, I know I have not been a member long, but I really need some help. I recently switched to MetroPCS as my service provider from AT&T. All is good and well except I can't use data or send mms messages. I have searched the forums, called their customer support, and looked everywhere I could for info. I have changed the APN settings several different ways, and some of them will work temporarily, other times it won't at all. I am using an unlocked Nexus 6 running CyanogenMod 13 nightlies. Gear VR not working with Rooted Note 5 with Arter97 Kernel

I was using Gear VR and then I rooted my phone and then used Arter97 Kernel to solve the call drops.
Now Gear VR headtracking doesnt work at all.
Can someone recommend a Kernel which will allow me to use GearVR and not have any issues with call drops.

Speaker stopped working

I was whatching a video on youtube and the sound was fine. Then I started whatching another video and suddenly the sound started to get more quiet and cracked and than was gone. Now when i start playing a song or a video it plays crackinh sound for a short time and then goes off completly.

I am on the newest firmware. Is this a software or hardware bug? And has anybody experienced somehting like this already?

Moto E is working but screen not displaying

I have Moto E 1st Gen it is rooted since 1 year. suddenly my phone automatically blacks out and it does not starts and on pressing the power button it vibrates.
after long press of power it restarts and works fine untill the screen gets off. then again i have to do the same process. i also changed my rom from kikat to CM 12.
but the problem remains the same. however the problem ended when i moved to CM 13 but CM 13 has storage problem.

[Q] REMIX OS for PC - Video streaming apps not working

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know is there any way to make streaming apps work on Remix OS PC. I have installed it succesfully via UEFI dual boot on my Acer Laptop. Installed all apps like youtube, chrome via Playstore. But when I installed NBA TV app, all video cannot be played. It will just show "The video is currently not available".

Is there any way I can do to make it work or do I need to install something?

S4 Mini i9195 Boot loop - Recovery problem - Download mode working good

Hi to all, After two years of good working S4 mini is giving up. The last time when the problem is occured, the phone was „forced“ swiched off because of low battery. It was put on charger to charge normally and it did it as usual. But, when it was swiched on again it stayed in the boot loop on the Samsung logo over and over again. When I tried to come into recovery, it shows as normally when it starts to go into recovery with text that it has, as last, succesfully loaded CRC and then it shows for a short text: „There is no command“ and immediately reboot and come out of recovery. I went to „Download mode“ and I flashed in Odin, with no problem, the newest S4 mini official ROM but it didn't fix the problem. Any expiriance or sugestions are welcome... Thanks in advance !
