Cannot link executable library

So I've ran exposed framework multiple times while running a cyanogenmod rom, also the marshmallow version which I am using now. But now I got a fresh install, updated to most recent build and try to flash the most recent alpha version sdk 23, it installs just fine in TWRP, but when I open the app, it shows this: (view attached photo) any ideas how I can fix it?
