no services after upgrade the firemware

ok its not my phone its my friend's one

s-off
unlocked bootloader
super cid
mid → European one from that thread
and the firmware is from vomar guides - 4.16.401.10 no red text
then install skydragon v1.6.5
no services and cant place calls

any help plz what i can do ?
