Random Shut downs, Freezes, Download Mode and other stuff

About a week ago, I updated my CyanodgenMod 12.1 rom and, suddenly, my note began acting nuts!

It started to freeze and randomly shut down with no warning. I wouldn't be able to power it back on immediately either. I'd have to remove the battery and wait at least 30 seconds before putting it back in and starting it.

I tried downgrading to back to the previous version but, it continued to do same thing even on the previous one.

I used Odin to go back to latest Touchwiz stock firmware and the firmware did it too. I've tried almost everything and now whenever I try use Odin to go back to the previous firmware before 5.1.1 December, Odin fails and gives me this message:

<OSM> Please wait..

My bootloader says this:

UDC Start
sw REV Check Fail: [aboot] Fused 4 > Binary 3
[1] eMMc write fail: aboot

Any suggestions on what to do or what's wrong?
