S4 i9505 charging problem help

Hi guys, can any one help me out on my problem with my S4 i9505.

PROBLEM:
-No symbol of lighning when charging but the percentage of battery is increasing.
-cannot detect PC even when turned On or Turned OFF
-(in ODIN mode) the PC will detect when the battery is removed and on download mode.

possible solution i already tried but failed.
-i already change the usb port board.
-i already flash stock 4.4.2 kitkat ROM.
-i already tried 4 different custom ROMS.
-i tried different cables.
-i tried different battery
all of the above i tried but still same problem.
