This is a stock VS98546A firmware in flashable format.

Without going into great detail...the 46A modem won't work without the 46A sbl1. Unfortunately, the 46A sbl1 doesn't play nice with the last bump-exploitable aboot we have (12b). If you use that pairing, you'll put yourself in 9008 bulk mode. So, that door is closed for now if you want a custom recovery or kernel. You can try using some of the other supporting partitions (dbi, factory, rpm, tz) for now and It seems to work ok with the 35B modem, but as more people use this I'm sure more evidence will come out one way or another. I will look into a way to get the 46A modem working when I have time. Will you be actively supporting this? As this is a stock firmware package, any issues you have while using it are in LG/Google/Verizon's code. As such, I will not be supporting this. XDA has a Q&A section for general help.

Make sure you have a backup in case anything goes wrong. If you aren't already using it, flash the 35B bootstack zip (link above). Wipe data & cache in TWRP (do not wipe internal storage unless you have the install zip on an external sdcard) Flash the VS98546A FW zip below. DO NOT click the button in TWRP that prompts you to install SuperSU. It doesn't see it because it isn't in system, but it's there. Also, after you tap reboot system it will actually reboot twice. This is a normal part of the systemless SuperSU install.

[REQUEST] Stock Boot Animation 5.1.1 Flashable Zip for Custom ROMs

Does anyone know how to get the STOCK Sprint boot animation from a stock rom? I've looked on extracting things from our .tar files but nothing clear on boot animations. I just like the stock animation, but want to stay on MOAR.

Any help on how to get it, or if someone could create it, that would be just plain jane awesomesauce.

Hey guys,

So i made a flashable zv9 zip file HOWEVER i dont have the device with me at the moment to test it. Im NOT FORCING ANYONE to try it for me but if they wanna voulenteer to test it for me, it would be a pleasure. I have made this rom via dsxdia android kitchen and i got the system files from the original update.zip because the one from the tot wont open up after i merge them for some reason.
This will flash the system and boot.img files. I need someone to test it for me or risk thier device for a brick if they can. Yeah i know i should wait till get mines back from repair but im eager to get root on this thing. So it would be nice if someone that has an extra g4 laying around wanna helpout its development.
