Phone Manager App Lock Password

I forgot my app lock pin/password (4-digit). Is there a way to reset it? It use to work with Fingerprint Id, but at some point it couldn't recognize my finger print and went to PIN mode. ever since I cannot access the locked apps :(

This is what shows up when I try to login to my ADM.
Also , I am not able to install apps from Web Play Store , It shows no devices found.
These issues are up for the past few months.
