[Q] Combine two ROMs (taking best of each ROMs)

Hello!

I have two ROMs (both rooted) for my Galaxy S6 edge SCV31 (SM-G925J)

First ROM has all languages enabled (wich i need) and works very good. But it only has data. It says "4g" and "No Serrvice" at the same tiem. I did not even know that is possible. I can browse internet and use data, but i can not make calls at all and noone can call me.

Senond ROM works for both- calls and data. But does not have languages and tweaks i want from the first ROM.

i tried to install second ROM, backup radio, and then restore the radio when first ROM is isntalled, but that did not help.

Is there any way i can take languages from one ROM and include them in the other? Or maybe there is a way to take Network settings from one ROM and include them in the other, so that i can get best from both?

Please let me know.

I have
- Windows but i can boot to Linux if necessary
- root for both ROMs
- TWRP 2.6.8
- Titanium backup.
- Recovery Backup
- can use ADB

Taking S4 back to Stock

Hi guys

I've been running CM 12 (release) on my S5 and am loving it. My girlfriend was having issues with her S4 so I thought I'd just get her on CM too, however I noticed there was no official release for this model (i9500). I downloaded a nightly, flashed TWRP and then installed the nightly. Unfortunately, even after several nightly updates she's having constant issues with Google Now, crashes, camera issues etc..

There is no arguing with her - I need to get this phone back to stock. I tried using TWRP to install an official zip/md5 from samfirmware but it didnt work! I assume I need to get back to stock recovery as well? I believe this can be done via ODIN provided you have the stock recovery.

I've searched everywhere but can't find a stock recovery file for this model. PLEASE HELP! She wont stop until I get her back to stock. My sanity is on the line here!!!!
