[Q] Combine two ROMs (taking best of each ROMs)

Hello!

I have two ROMs (both rooted) for my Galaxy S6 edge SCV31 (SM-G925J)

First ROM has all languages enabled (wich i need) and works very good. But it only has data. It says "4g" and "No Serrvice" at the same tiem. I did not even know that is possible. I can browse internet and use data, but i can not make calls at all and noone can call me.

Senond ROM works for both- calls and data. But does not have languages and tweaks i want from the first ROM.

i tried to install second ROM, backup radio, and then restore the radio when first ROM is isntalled, but that did not help.

Is there any way i can take languages from one ROM and include them in the other? Or maybe there is a way to take Network settings from one ROM and include them in the other, so that i can get best from both?

Please let me know.

I have
- Windows but i can boot to Linux if necessary
- root for both ROMs
- TWRP 2.6.8
- Titanium backup.
- Recovery Backup
- can use ADB

Best ROM for M9 ( mainly based on battery backup)

Hey guyz,

Ive been researching about a few best roms for m9 which i bought about a week.
Ive been experiancing higher heating of the phone and lesser battery backup
When compared to my old m8. Recently i updated it to 5.1 and improved the backup and reduced heating a little more. Since im having a small internet data packs, i cant rry out all roms to find out which one is best which could mainly give me better backup from this 2840juice.

Im sure you all know the S6 and S6 Edge is clogged with bloatware that take up a lot of RAM.

Im rooted and have got rid of most of the Bloatware... Is there a ROM or Kernel i can be on that ultimately makes my phone speedy fast?

I'm not sure how but this app was released and seems to have gone under the radar. Did you know that Adobe Premier was brought to Android on December 22 2015? Well neither did I. Android has been lacking a decent video editor for ages. Most editor apps can only cut together a slideshow set to music. When it comes to the apps that actually have some decent editing functions, they're so littered with ads that they become unusable.

It will save all of your edits and you'll be able to pick up right where you left off.

While most decent video editing apps will cost you a few bucks or even charge you monthly, Adobe Premiere Clip is entirely free. Considering the power of this app, that is really amazing.

After you've finished your movie you can save it to your phone, upload it to YouTube or send it to Premiere on your desktop.

Best replacement camera app (I know, it's like beating a dead horse but seriously)

I've reverted back to Touchwiz (KK) because I feel like I can really see the difference between photo's, be it the 16x9 ratio or clearness when you zoom in but once again, I flashed a different rom, this time it's the GPE 5.01.

I'm just tired of the laggy ness of TW even though I was running the google launcher with google now, it just lags, so far with GPE I've had none of those issue's but I like to capture my memories and I don't want to regret this later on.

Currently I'm using the stock google camera, a better camera and I've used Camera FV-5 in the past which was great with all the options but would obviously take time to learn, basically, I'm looking for an app that takes 16x9 pictures (I use a flat screen to view & share my photo's and 4x3 just looks generic I feel).

Are there ANY app's out there, paid or free that will give me the quality of the stock Samsung camera app?

Like I stated in the title, I know this has been gone over many times and everyone has an opinion but I thought I'd check once more before I flash back to TW and deal with the lag just so I can use the stock camera.
