[APP][ROOT] DoubleTap2Wake for Nexus 6P - works on ANY ROM/KERNEL!

I made a really small and simple app for the Nexus 6P which lets you enable DT2W on any ROM and any kernel (I hope :p)

1. The XDA link is currently not functional, as I created the app before this thread. Will be fixed in an update shortly.


2. If you can't see the app on Play Store, you might have to wait 1-2 hours, as it's fresh out of the Beta channel and will take some time to move to the Prod channel

help plz. my s6 bootloops and never works

I have samsung s6 model number G-920i is stuck in samsung s 6 logo and keep restarting>>

I almost tried every solutions in this fourm and othe wbsites befors I attend to write this therad
I tried many roms from sammobile nothing work
also tried 4 file rom factory 5.1.1 with a pit and doesn't work some of them flashed successfully while some just failed.
then trying root my phone and the flash some costum roms like CM13 and other it just said istlation abroted,
also tried to install some kernals in this fourm nothing work..
I'm really disappointed plz help me

Looking for a Root Text Editor that works with SuperSU

I have Root Explorer and EX file Explorer but both don't work with SuperSU 2.66 to edit the build prop. Does anyone know of a text editor that gives you root privileges and works with SuperSU 2.66

Touchscreen works w/one N6 logic board but not the other - bad logic board or?

Hope someone has an easy fix-

I have a known good touchscreen and digitizer for the Nexus 6. now I have a logic board / motherboard that works with it fine, and another logic board that when mounted, gets no touchscreen functionality at all but everything else seemingly works ok. Neither board has been rooted or flashed or unlocked.

Now the board with a problem, was removed from a phone and the owner swears the touchscreen was working before.

So, is the board with the issue clearly bad i.e. something happened to damage the touchscreen functionality after it was removed from the phone it was working in, or is it something that let's say would be cured by a reflashing of firmware (factory reset, clearing cache, etc does not fix the issue), which technically the bootloader is locked and I can't do anyway... ?

Just trying to see if there's something I'm missing before calling the board faulty. Thanks.

Is there any custom firmware that works available right now ?

Hey guys,

As this phone is currently not supported by CyanogenMod, is there any alternative firmware available right now that works ?!?
I can only find some wip firmwares ... which lack a lot of functionality...
