Hello guys i am trying to unlock my phone and it says that i have reached my code limit and have to wait 6 months but i dont have that time is there anyway to bypass it?

Set mobile data limit menu is missing
Hi,
I have Samsung Galaxy S5 mini (dual SIM card) phone and it's not rooted. Android version is 4.4.2. and there is no update for it. I don't have any apps installed that modify Settings menus. When I go to "Data usage" menu, I don't see "Mobile data" or "Set mobile data limit" options. There is only "Data usage cycle" dropdown list with previous cycle ranges. Anyone knows how to get back those options. I need to set mobile data limit on my phone and I don't know how.
