no files on recovery menu

hi guys,
i recently tried to install a recovery .img using mtk tools on my karbonn a11*.
when i went to install it went to the recovery mode where i had to go to the install update from sdcard but surprisingly i fond nothing it showed me like this \..... when i further pressed enter it went back to the main menu. i tried rebooting but it did not
the logo came after that it got stuck . so i tried to install recovery.img via adb but it said error closed . i would really appreciate if anyone helps me fix this situation

Mod reboot in recovery from power menu for stock based rom

It's on your own risk.
Stock based need 3rd part app for reboot in recovery.
This mod allow you to do it with long press on switch off button on power menu.

[Need Help] Stuck at Booting Menu

Hi, I just wrongly flashed a boot.img file and after rebooting it is only the android one loading image showing for last an hour.Anyone have any information help me please.

Developer Menu in Huawei P8 Lite

My new business phone has arrived, and finally the company gives me a Huawei P8 Lite.

I work as a network engineer, and used to Samsung and their easy Developer Mode I miss this mode in Huawei.

I found the "*#*#2846579#*#*" code, but this don't have any information of the network. Anyone know if exists any network developer mode in Huawei?

Notifications make no sound, even when selecting one in the settings menu.

I have been an android user for a long time, but this one is stumping me as there is no process or specific error. I have searched and haven't found anyone with a similar problem. Just got a Nexus 6 today and it will not make any notification sounds. The notification volume is all the way up and phone calls have a ringtone that works. What is really throwing me off is that when I am in the general settings or the settings for any other app, clicking on a notification sound has no response. I will be in settings and overlooking the list of potential default notification sounds and no matter which one I click there is no noise, as where with the ringtones they all will play me the sample.

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it, I hate that something this simple has stumped me somehow.

Set mobile data limit menu is missing

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy S5 mini (dual SIM card) phone and it's not rooted. Android version is 4.4.2. and there is no update for it. I don't have any apps installed that modify Settings menus. When I go to "Data usage" menu, I don't see "Mobile data" or "Set mobile data limit" options. There is only "Data usage cycle" dropdown list with previous cycle ranges. Anyone knows how to get back those options. I need to set mobile data limit on my phone and I don't know how.
