Nexus 6, Deleted System Partition- Cannot Recover

The system partition was deleted and the phone has TWRP. The mac recognizes the ADB device and the MTP. Tried toggling the MTP, no success. Currently android file transfer fails every time due to a missing MD5 file in the android 6.0.1 zip, although all that is being attempted is a drag and drop. ADB sideload says it has completed but no files appear on the phone to flash, or in the file explorer, and so does ADB push. Tried re-downloading the rom, rebooting the phone and everything else.

Any help is appreciated.

2 i337m -system partition only 1G?

Hi all, hoping you guys can answer a question for me; our family has two Galaxy S4 from the same carrier (Rogers Canada) one phone system partition is 2.6G but the other is only 1.10G in size???

The 2.6 is original bootloader pre knox and the 1G is OH1 bootloader knox 0x1.

I have never re-pit these phones via odin. Data and cache partitions appear to be about the same size.

1G system partition seems to low to be normal. This phone has always given me trouble with WiFi stuck on. Wondering if now this WiFi issue is being caused by low space on system?

Anyways, to fix this I guess I would need to re-pit would any galaxy s4 pit do?

question about bootloader and partition table / size

hey guys
can someone who knows their stuff answer this for me

is it possible to downgrade the bootloader motoboot.img and also change the partition table/size gpt.bin to the kitkat ones ? (or the ones that come in the kitkat .zip file?)

some places say yes, others no. if its possible can you please provide how to do it.

at the moment ive got kitkat on my moto g 4g, however its still running the lollipop bootloader and parition (gpt.bin, motoboot.img)
obviously if i try to flash those files, i get the error preflash validation failed and they dont get done.

basically in a nut shell i want to go back to the stock kitkat image while also locking the bootloader.

Partition space from previous root not accessibale

Okay, I screwed up. I had kitkat and was rooted with safestrap and several ROM slots used.. I started having problems and updated to Lollipop. Big mistake. I hadn't read through and now the phone is not rooted, of course. The problem is I had slots set aside that I can no longer access, so I have about 2Gb of space on internal storage instead of 25Gb. I know I can't root or downgrade at this point, but can I use Odin to recover or re partition safely to get all of my internal storage?

Any help is greatly appreciated, and yes, I was stupid, please don't rub it in.

Backuping TA Partition on downgraded firmware

Hello, my D6503 is getting pretty old right now, so I decided to install some custom soft on it. I need to unlock my bootloader, so I read a lot about that DRM Keys and backuping TA. Now I have 23.4.A.1.232 and I'm going to downgrade it to 17.1.2.A.0.314 which is rootable. The question is: Can I do the backup of TA Partition on 4.4.2 (17.1.2.A.0.314) and potentially restore it on 5.1 or newer? Or do I have to upgrade rooted 4.4.2 to rooted 5.1 and then do the TA backup to avoid version-conflict?
Thank you in advance!

tried to factory reset lg g pad while using twrp v2.8.6.0 system partition wont mount

so i was gonna try to sell my lg g pad 8.3 and so i went to factory reset it through the settings menu. the thing booted to twrp and so i picked factory reset. when i went to boot up after, it said "Secure booting Error! Cause: Device UnLock!, so Boot Success!!" and then boots to twrp. when i try to install a custom rom it says this: see attatched pic
and then just says the secure booting error message and just boots into recovery... any help with fixing this would be greatly appreciated. ps: oh and for some reason it will reboot randomly when performing various operations in recovery...
